Join a community of people that want to get stronger and stay healthy for the long haul. Our team meets 4x/week at Colossus Barbell for training sessions. Utilizing the conjugate method, we achieve new leaps and bounds in performance in a team setting.

Follow the same programming as the in-person Agoge Performance team but in your own gym on your own time. This budget friendly option is on the TrainHeroic Marketplace. That way you can see video demonstrations of the exercises and track your progress over time. also you have access to a online community that is going through the same Training you are!

Are you a tactical athlete that is trying to increase your career longevity and your performance? This community is targeted to increasing your STRENGTH, CONDITIONING, AND INJURY RESILIENCY that is crucial for the tactical athlete. Through TrainHeroic, we deliver 4x/week lifting and 2x/week conditioning sessions.

Initial Assessment

 

A custom program always starts with an analysis of you. From the way you move, your lifestyle outside of the gym, and everything else that is needed to design a program around your needs.

Custom Length

 

No sticky contracts or shenanigans. Online coaching is charged at a monthly rate so you can train as short or as long as you'd like. Some clients have been with us for 3 years or more!

Performance Director

Teddy has a passion for helping people achieve their performance and wellness goals. Over the years he has worked with a wide range of clients from high school/college athletes, powerlifters, fireman, police, special forces, and general populations both In-Person and Online. By utilizing the conjugate method, he focuses on making people more resilient to injury so they can continue doing the things THEY LOVE TO DO! 

​

Teddy has blended his personal experiences as an athlete with his education to help people obtain their performance goals. His specialty is finding individuals weak points and strengthen them so they can function better and be more resilient to injuries.
